At times, the heart says:
Let get swayed in the sounds of music.
And there are times when the heart says,
Let get drown in a silent ocean.

Since all these desires stay just for a few moments,
Can find no moment which ceases crave for another desire,
Nor Can find desire that ceases time for that moment.

In this race to desire and satisfy desires,
Life stopped, as it was also for few moments.

कभी दिल कहता की,
झूम उठे संगीत की आवाजों में |
तो कभी कहता है दिल की,
डूब जाए किसी सागर की खामोशी में |

जैसे हर कोई ख्वाहिश,
रहती है सिर्फ कुछ पलों के लिए,
मिलता ना कोई पल,
जिसमें ना हो कोई दूसरी ख्वाहिश,
ना मिलती कोई ख्वाहिश,
जिसमें थम जाए सारे पल |

यूं ही देखते निभाते ख्वाहिशें,
थम गई सांसे, जो भी थी कुछ पल के लिए !
